Nedra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Columbia Southern University. She is the Founder and Owner of Kinley Realty Co., a growing brokerage based in Winder, Georgia, dedicated to helping individuals and families successfully navigate the home buying, selling, and investing process.
Her journey into real estate began as a credit repair coach, where she worked closely with aspiring homebuyers to help them improve their financial profiles and prepare for homeownership. Through that experience, her passion for real estate and helping others achieve the dream of owning a home quickly grew into a thriving career.
Nedra holds several professional certifications, including Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Seller’s Representative Specialist (SRS). In 2024, she launched Kinley Realty Co., where she now leads and mentors a growing team of talented Realtors who share her commitment to providing high-level, client-focused service.
